Logeion Fit is a fitness service that provides personalized workouts, workout planning, guided exercise sessions, progress tracking, and AI-powered workout features.

We do not receive your Google or Apple account password.

Logeion Fit usage information

Depending on how you use Logeion Fit, we may process the following information:

  • Workout history, workout progress, completed workouts, and exercise selections.
  • Workout exercise information such as sets, repetitions, exercise load or weight used during an exercise, exercise duration, rest duration, and workout configuration.
  • Estimated calories and other workout-related metrics generated or recorded as part of your workout experience.
  • Content that you intentionally submit when using AI-powered features, including workout requests, preferences, prompts, and other information needed to generate or personalize a workout.

Information Logeion Fit does not request

Logeion Fit is not intended to collect or store medical diagnoses, injury information, medical conditions, body height, body weight, age, or gender as part of the workout personalization described in this Privacy Policy.

References to exercise weight or load in this Privacy Policy mean the resistance or weight used for an exercise, such as kilograms lifted, and do not mean your body weight.

Workout and fitness activity information may be considered health-related or sensitive information under some privacy laws depending on the context. Where applicable law treats specific fitness information as sensitive or special-category data, we process that information only where an appropriate legal basis and any additional condition required by law applies.

Device and analytics information

When you use the Services, analytics technologies may process information about your device and how the Services are used, including:

  • App-instance identifiers and similar technical identifiers.
  • App or website interaction and usage events.
  • Session and feature-usage information.

Push-notification information

If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, we may process information needed to validate and manage your subscription, including:

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details from App Store or Google Play purchases.

6. AI Features and OpenAI

Logeion Fit includes features powered by artificial intelligence.

When you intentionally use an AI-powered feature, information needed to complete your request may be transmitted to OpenAI. This may include prompts, text, questions, workout or learning preferences, and other content you choose to provide to the AI feature.

We use OpenAI to process this information for the purpose of generating the AI functionality or response you requested.

You should avoid including unnecessary personal, confidential, medical, financial, or other sensitive information in an AI prompt unless it is required for the feature you intentionally choose to use.

7. Google Analytics and Google Ads

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Services and to help us measure usage, improve functionality, and evaluate performance.

Depending on the platform and configuration, Google Analytics may process app or website interaction events, device information, app-instance identifiers, and similar analytics information.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads to advertise our Services and may use Google Ads technologies for:

We do not collect your age for advertising targeting. Google may apply its own age-based advertising restrictions based on information available to Google and its own policies.

Depending on the privacy law that applies to you, the use of identifiers for remarketing or cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as targeted advertising or "sharing" of personal information. Where such rights apply, you may have the right to object to or opt out of that processing.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.

If you enable notifications, a device or app push token and related technical information may be processed so notifications can be delivered to your device.

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.

9. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store for purchases made on supported Apple devices.
  • Google Play for purchases made on supported Android devices.

Apple or Google handles the payment transaction and payment method information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We may receive and store purchase tokens, transaction or receipt identifiers, subscription status, expiration information, and similar information needed to verify your purchase, provide premium functionality, restore purchases, and manage your subscription status.

We do not receive or store your full credit-card or debit-card number from purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

10. When and With Whom Do We Share Information?

OpenAI

Information that you intentionally submit to AI-powered features may be processed by OpenAI to generate the requested AI output.

Google

Google may process information in connection with Google authentication, Google Analytics, Google Ads, conversion measurement, remarketing or audience features where configured, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Play subscriptions.

Apple

Apple may process information when you use Sign in with Apple or when you make or manage an App Store subscription or purchase.

Technical service providers

We may use service providers that provide hosting, infrastructure, security, storage, communication, or other technical services necessary to operate and protect the Services. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request; protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others; investigate fraud or misuse; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business transfers

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of our systems.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 14 years old.
